How "Wellnest" Online Therapy Works ?

Okay, so here’s some brutal truth-

In life, if you suffer from emotional distress, you'd feel like your life has come to a standstill. That's exactly how our founder felt when she struggled with chronic anxiety. Now, what does the above even mean?

It means you SHOULD NOT settle for just coping with stress. You have to take additional action.

Now come the 5 steps that you all should know about managing and healing from anxiety (benchmarked with top health experts):

Step 1: Get Matched with a Therapist

It focuses on understanding the root causes of your mental wellness, lifestyle changes, and initial therapeutic interventions.

Step 2: Start Therapy & How Therapy works.

Depending on your therapy goals, your Wellnest therapist will help you process thoughts and feelings, understand your motivations, develop coping strategies, and more. You’ll connect through live sessions, ongoing messaging, or both.

A. Integrative Medicine for Chronic Stress and Anxiety (depending upon your symptoms)

B. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Communicate with your therapist through live sessions, messages and more. 

 

Step 3 : Will focus on your mental and emotional well-being, communication, mindfulness practices, and stress management.

Receive support, guidance and develop new coping skills to stay on track with your Wellnes treatment plan.

Step 4: Consistency
